• e-commerce Development: Integrated Payment, Billing (invoicing) and Credit Top-Up within the App. Each clinicians’ credits will be automatically topped up once they have paid rather than Dr Grant needing to do this manually once payment has been received.

• Updates Based Upon Clinician Feedback: This will be an integral part of improving the experience of clinicians working on the ground.

• Quality Improvement Projects and Audit Results From Service Providers: Examining the impact on waiting list clearance figures and staff satisfaction at work surveys. Public health indirect cost saving analysis to society.

• Expansion Internationally and ESG: English speaking countries, then in any major language that would be useful to a particular country or region. Working with NGO’s and other foundations. Addressing any Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects related to these apps will also be important.

• Clinician / Service Provider Self Service: Questions and Reports will be continuously customisable by the clinician in the app. This means that a consultation with Dr Grant in order for him to build their version in-house will no longer be required.

• Medical Education and Training

• Non-Patient Identifiable Data Collection and Analysis: The app does not store any patient identifiable data. However, the app could easily answer questions such as:

  • What percentage of girls diagnosed with ASD had delays in their speech development?

  • What percentage of boys diagnosed with ADHD had tried recreational drugs by the time of assessment?

  This data could then be used to inform public health initiatives within pre-school speech and language therapy services and school education programs on recreational drugs use.

• Machine Learning: This is not planned at this stage but Wellbeing Associates are well aware of this space due to being a specialised health technology company.

  • Voice Recognition, Capture and Assimilation: Interview dialogue could be seamlessly processed and integrated into the final readable report.
